HOME EXTENSIONS & IMPROVEMENTS

With the housing market in its current state of flux people are looking at the opportunities to extend their existing property. Extensions such as conservatories, garden rooms and garages are all currently popular. We also get involved in the redesign of kitchens and bathrooms.
Most clients want drawings and details for planning and building permissions for their project. Mike will come and visit you on site and discuss the project and the likely cost of the project. He will then send you a follow up Fee Letter to confirm his fees and give you a projected time scale. We are honest and we will not say we can do the job next week if we really mean next month. It all depends on what else is going on at the same time. We are realistic and we will do our best.
You will get an opportunity to review the drawings with us before they are sent to the planning officer. Simple changes can usually be accommodated at this time.
